I am really satisfied with my experience at this hotel. In every way, I think I made the right choice choosing this hotel in Hamburg. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the level of service. I also really appreciated the complimentary water service in the hotel lobby. Next time I come to Hamburg, I plan to stay here again.

Alles Bestens - gerne wieder. Einzige Kritik auf hohem Niveau wäre, dass bei Vollbelegung nicht alle Gäste im Frühstücksraum Platz haben. Hat uns als Frühaufsteher allerdings nicht betroffen. Weiters könnte in unserem Zimmer der Parkettboden mal saniert und im Badezimmer ein paar Ablagen für Toilettartikel etc. montiert werden. Der junge Herr an der Rezeption war top sowie auch das ganze Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls hervorragend sowie auch die Lage des Hotels.

Dies ist in Hamburg mein Stammhotel geworden. In erster Linie wegen dem überaus freundlichem Empfangsservice der auch bei Problemen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Auch die Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels sind 1A. Vielen Dank dass es noch solch Haus gibt in dem der Kunde zuvorkommend behandelt wird und dies zu vernünftig, angemessenen Preisen. Und auch hin und wieder der Balkon am SpaBereich ist Entspannung pur. Mit Kind, mit Freunden schon oft dort gewesen👌👌👌👌

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht aber dafür war im Zimmer alles vorhanden. Es war ein super sauberes und großes gepflegtes Zimmer. Das Frühstück was wir gebucht hatten, war sensationell. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Unmittelbar in der Nähe, waren auch kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Wenn wir nochmal in Hamburg sind, werden wir dieses Hôtel nochmal buchen.

Easy parking under the hotel (it was later fully occupied, so I guess we were lucky that we got a space.) The parking booths are VERY small, so be patient. The placement of the hotel is excellent. Did not try the breakfast, we ate out in the city. Right across from the bunker and the DOM, great views.
