You get what you pay for.

This hotel is fine for a short stay. Friendly staff. It is located close to the city centre and the central station. Underground parking spaces available. Neighbourhood may deter some guests after dark.

Great Hotel

Great hotel!! but I ended up in a bit of trouble with the hotel, because we are VIP customers and the hotel is a VIP Access hotel, but they had not seen it on their booking that we were VIP customers and therefore did not understand that we wanted late check-out as we were guaranteed via VIP Access. But we sorted out the mistake at checkout and I have only good things to say about the hotel, I would stay there again and I would definitely recommend the hotel to other travelers. 🙏 Thanks Hamburg for this time 😀

Overprized

The hotel has a good location near the hauptbahnhof. The breakfast was fine. The family room at the top floor needed an update, the beds were very old and full of holes. There was no blackout curtains as promised. We wrote to the hotel prior to our visit but did not receive a reply. We stayed there during the high season where prices rose dramatically.

The room I stayed in is in desperate need of renovation, the beds are used to the level that fabric is peeling off, and ventilation was bad - it smelled weird every time I came back to it. The neighborhood was not the nicest (saw a guy pee 3m from me and my colleagues, police were often there, and did not feel safe in the evening there.

Alt, abgenutzt, lange Wartezeit für Warmwasser

Es war okay für eine Nacht als Blindbuchung. Aber die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind extrem abgenutzt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bettkästen sehen leider echt unmöglich aus. Wenn man nur schlafen will ist es in Ordnung; Wohlfühlatmosphäre kommt jedoch keinesfalls auf. Es ist jedoch sauber; insbesondere das Bad. Warmwasser kommt leider erst nachdem man das Wasser ca. 10 Minuten laufen lässt. Würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Rigtig god oplevelse

Vi havde booket en enkelt overnatning i forbindelse med nytår, og der var ikke en finger at sætte på vores ophold. God og venlig betjening i receptionen ved ankomst, og nem og hurtig udtjekning dagen efter. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin - og man kunne, i modsætning til så mange andre hoteller, rent faktisk sidde og nyde sin morgenmad stille og roligt. Hotellet ligger perfekt i forhold til det centrale Hamborg - lige på den anden side af hovedbanegården. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

Great Sleep and Breakfast

Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Interesting side of the tracks. Lots of places to get cheap sim cards for your phones. This area had a lot of night time petty crimes, drug deals, and windows smashed on cars, but we felt safe in the day time hours. Really close to the train station.

Gute Wahl um die Ecke vom Hauptbahnhof

Sehr angenehm die Trennung von Bad und WC beim Zimmer. Eine zweite Nachttischlampe hätte nicht geschadet, auch kein zweiter Stuhl, aber vernünftige Kleiderbügel im Schrank sind willkommen (und beileibe nicht mehr selbstverständlich).

Hotel in unmitelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof

Im Großen und Ganzen war mein Aufenhalt für 2 Nächte ganz okay. Das Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Ein Tipp für Zimmer 62 (unter dem Dach): Ein neues Bett und eine kleineTischlampe am Bett wären perfekt. Das jetzige Bettgestell ist für den Preis, den man für das Einzelzimmer zahlt, nicht akzeptabel! Im Badezimmer ist alles neu. Das Waschbecken ist derartig winzig, dass man sich nicht mal das Gesicht waschen kann, ohne dass davor alles nass wird. Ungünstig ist die Plazierung des Seifenspenders am Waschbecken, der von dem eh schon kleinen Becken noch Platz wegnimmt :-(.
