Centralt beliggende hotel

Dejligt hotel med central beliggenhed. Velholdt og rent. Personalet var venlige, men manglede servicemind i forhold til hotellets antal stjerner. Vi rejste 6 sammen, og det var svært at reservere bord så vi kunne spise morgenmad sammen. Om aftenen var baren fyldt, og vi fik allernådigst lov til at sidde i lobbyen med vores drink. Så mere omsorg til personalet så de har et større overskud til, at give gæsterne god service.

Very good location and excellent breakfast. Check in takes very long and staff not very attentive. Rooms (luxury class) relatively small and "clinical". Bed uncomfortable because the mattress is higher in the middle thus you almost fall out of the bed while sleeping. Air conditioning noisy. Garage extremely narrow, difficult parking for bigger cars.

Super Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man kann zu Fuss viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade. Es war ein sehr schönes grosses Zimmer mit schönem Ausblick. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Beim Frühstück gab es Wartezeiten, weil wegen Corona keine Selbstbedienung am Buffet war. Ich würde das Sofitel wieder buchen.

Hotellet ligger super godt, og værelserne er rigtig fine. Vi var der under corona, så en stor del af hotellet var lukket ned - hvilket godt kunne mærkes. Morgenmad var slet ikke pengene værd! Æg fra en pose, og vi skulle stå i kø i 20 minutter for at komme ind til buffet... man måtte ikke selv tage drikkevare, men vi blev først tilbudet dem da vi var færdige med vores mad... Alt i alt kunne personale godt være mære opmærksomme, men fint hotel.

Not a bad location. Close to a lot of things for inner city. Was disappointed that the pool and spa were not stated closed on the website. Still waiting to see if I was charged for upgrades that seems to not go with anything that we recieved. Maybe just a misunderstanding when we checked in. The breakfast served was great. Room service menu was slacking though. All and all a good stay.

Wir waren begeistert von der Größe und der Einrichtung des Zimmers, auch das Bad war sehr groß und geräumig mit Badewanne und einer extra Dusche. Alles war sehr modern und edel. Einfach wunderschön.

Positiv: Diese Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral . Das Seagull Spa ist sehr schön und durch den schlangenförmigen Pool mal was anderes . Frühstück war perfekt ! Personal ist sehr freundlich. Negativ: Beim Gepäck wurde uns bei der Anreise und Abreise nie geholfen. Es ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel aber an manche Kleinigkeiten sieht man dass es einfach schon in die Jahre gekommen ist.

バスタブがない部屋で残念でした

以前宿泊した時は、バスタブもありアメニティがエルメスだったけれど、今回はバスタブのないシャワーだけの部屋でアメニティはLANVANでした。 部屋の交換をお願いしたら、バスタブの無い部屋の料金設定だった様で変えてもらえず…。 冬はやはりバスタブが欲しいので、よく調べてから予約すれば良かったです。 朝食はバラエティに富んで美味しかったです。

Super Toll. Sehr schöne Junior Suite mit mehr als genug Platz und ein hervorragendes Spa. Concierge war sehr hilfreich bei der Umsetzung von Extra-Wünschen. Die Lage ist traumhaft direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen und besitzt eine Tiefgarage(Parkgebühren 25€/Tag). Kommen gerne wieder.
