Das Hotel list ruhig gelegen, und dennoch mittendrin in Eppendorf. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung, tolle Bar. Parkplätze sind vorhanden und bezahlbar

Wir haben die Übernachtung für eine Veranstaltung in der Barclays Arena genutzt...Auto für 25€/Nacht am Hotel abgestellt und per Bus (Haltestelle zu Fuß praktisch um die Ecke) zur Arena! Am Hotel gibt es nichts zu beanstanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Leider nicht meine Wahl

Der checkin war spät und deswegen etwas emotionlos. Das Zimmer war ein dunkles Loch, die Lichter grell weswegen es kein gemütliches Ambiente gab. Der Teppich war schon abgenützt und schlecht verarbeitet (Übergang von Fliessen im Bad zu Zimmer). Der Fön war erbärmlich und es gab auch keine Minibar im Zimmer. Alles in allem nicht meine Wahl.

The light in the room is dim, no good light in the bathroom. No good light anywhere in the room. No shampoo, no conditioner, just the hand/foot soap. The hairdryer - is working only on low setting, keep shutting itself down when trying to use on high setting. No phone in the room to reach out to font desk, try to find the hotels phone on the internet, but no one picks up that phone, just set of select that, then select that. In the end, if you need something, you have to go downstairs by yourself. No coffee maker and everything that you used to see in normal hotels. No ironing board/iron. Staff has to bring it upon request. The clock on a wall had no battery in it, why to put such clock there then?
