Although the hotel is very clean and tidy the facilities lack for a resort. The spa, steam room was out of action for the whole duration of our stay. There is no entertainment as expected for a resort. The rooms are very small. If you want a late check out this hotel doesn’t offer one unless you pay for half a day, otherwise not available. The view from the room is stunning as the whole palm is viewable with attractive sites like The Atlantis and Burj al Arab. The beach is very accommodating for lounging around all day.

"I was offered $100.00 aed credit to the spa and not $100.00 usd which was on the booking. Price was fine for location. It’s 12 minute uber ride from the airport and close to the metro station. Rooms are old and dated but clean."
