"Well the room was clean for whatever meets the eye at first. A little later one realizes that attention to detail was lacking. Electric plugs were either filthy or ready to come of the wall. Breakfast was nothing. I would not stay here again. Sorry. It looked clean but it was not clean."

"My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The room appeared to have little to no ventilation, which caused excessive humidity. The moisture buildup was so severe that surfaces throughout the room were literally sweating. There were also visible mold stains in the room, including in the bathroom, which raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep. Additionally, the room telephone did not work, making it inconvenient to contact the front desk when needed. Another disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed for the season, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. The one bright spot of my stay was the customer service. Mrs. Patsy at the front desk was extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. She did her best to address concerns and made the experience more pleasant despite the issues with the property itself. While I appreciated the excellent service provided by Mrs. Patsy, the hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, ventilation, and cleanliness before I would consider staying here again."
