"Everything was amazing. Except the one thing that matters at a hotel. The bed. I checked into the hotel and laid down on the bed. Pretty sure I didn’t lay on the bed… I just leaned against the floor with blankets. --- This hotel bed is so hard, I think it’s actually part of the building’s load-bearing structure. --- I tried fluffing the pillow. Turns out it was just a second mattress. --- I rolled over in my sleep and got a concussion from the mattress. --- The hotel bed is so firm the front desk asked if I’d like “extra pillows or a jackhammer.” --- I woke up this morning and my back filed a formal complaint with management. --- This mattress has two settings: Concrete and Historic Stone Monument. --- I asked the front desk if the mattress was memory foam. They said, “No, but it remembers the Great Depression.” --- The bed is so hard when I tossed and turned it sounded like someone shaking a toolbox. --- I tried jumping on the bed like a kid… and the bed won. --- The mattress is so firm if you drop a coin on it, it lands heads up and files for mineral rights. --- I slept on this bed and woke up four inches taller. Pretty sure it straightened my entire spine by force. --- The hotel advertised “orthopedic support.” Turns out it’s just a slab of granite wrapped in a sheet. So yeah. Wont be staying here again.. "

"Property shows a lot of use but not run-down.didn’t go to the bar or use the gym"

"I never stayed told the hotel the day before. Before 3 , they were rude told my to call Expedia I fell asleep holding so long with them. So I called them again the next morning, they told me as long as they could confirm I didn't come they would take off the charge and didn't. When I called the hotel the next day the hung up on me. Terrible I'll never book thru Expedia or get another roo with them. I drive almost 3 hours to go there from Cleveland I had just caught a cold."

"Needs updating for sure but was ok. Had an issue with my TV not working and the staff at the desk had me unplug the cable box to try resetting it. When I called back to say that wasn’t working she gave me a hard time. She did offer to change my room but it was already late at night and I didn’t want to do that. Told me she had no solutions and there was no maintenance staff on grounds. "

"The heat was not working properly, room was old. The refrigerator did not have a temperature adjuster. The hallways were not vacuumed. I cleaned drywall pieces and dust off the dresser."

"The beds were comfortable and I slept well every night. The desk clerk gave me a choice about whether I liked a higher floor or lower. Since I don’t like heavy walkers above my room, she put me on the top floor. I was disappointed to find the upkeep to the hotel has been starting to decline. The wallpaper was starting to peel in my room and the insulation between rooms had to have been non-existent since I heard everything (talking, intimate relations, snoring, etc.). "
