This is the worst hotel I ever been in my life pool so dirty no water refreshing I saw lots of dirt room super small for 4 people me and my son we get food poisoning moskito bites everywhere very rude staff please stay away from this hotel every single person I saw in this hotel was complaining including the staff.

Le personnel était sympathique mais peu appliqué. Les buffets n’étaient pas soignés et la nourriture avaient l’air cuisinée par un personnel non qualifié. La plage était bien mais la piscine trop petite pour la taille de l’hôtel. De plus il n’y avait pas d’espace pour se reposer sur des chaises à l’extérieur.

Very bad experience .

I set up this 3 star hotel. Bad smell in the room. The waiter in the restaurant drinks. the beer while working and Unacceptable with customers. The beach is beautiful and clean.

Chambre très sale, moquette pleine de taches, peinture décrépie, une odeur de saleté dans la chambre. Ensemble très vétuste. Accueil désagréable. Nous sommes arrivé le matin alors que le check-in n’est qu’à 14h. Ils envisageaient de nous faire rester 5h à la réception sans nous autoriser à aller à la piscine. Il a fallu s’y prendre à plusieurs fois pour avoir le droit de déposer les bagages et d’aller à la plage. La nourriture du buffet est très décevante. Peu de variétés et plats insipides. C’est prétendument all inclusive mais même la bouteille d’eau est payante. Jus de fruits chimiques etc. On est vraiment dans du bas de gamme. En résumé, à éviter.

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite. La plage est très agréable. Quant à l'hôtel, il est vieillissant et nécessiterait un sérieux rafraîchissement. A noter que l'ensemble du personnel est particulièrement accueillant, dévoué et sympathique.

Great experience

+ Good service + Polite staff + Decent food for a hotel + Good location + Nice and clean private beach + Walking distance to various coffees and resturants + A calm hotel for couples especially. They changed our room to beach view after aaking them which was great. - No gym - No WiFi in the rooms by the beach - Maybe more variations at the resturant - Certain parts of the hotels need some painting and renewing

The only thing I like about the hotel is that there is a access close to the beach , other then that the hotel should be closed for renovation rooms has a mold very old never go back to this hotel oh one more thing check in is at 2 pm I got my key at 4 pm waited 2 hours .

Premièrement, j'aimerais signaler que ma réservation n'était pas acheminée à l'hôtel. À cause de cette incident, j'ai passé six heures d'attente à l'hôtel pour qu'ils reçoivent la confirmation. À cet effet j'ai raté le service de midi et celui de soir. Par ailleurs, ma réservation à une valeur de 123.38$+7,40& taxes pour une chambre standard double, en étant deux personnes , à ma surprise, ils m'ont informé que je dois payer 68 dinars tunisienne pour la deuxième pour cette nuit qui vaut 41 $C , ce qui me fait un total approximatif de 172$C,ce qui n'est même pas le tarif régulier de cette hôtels ce jour là . À noter que la nuit par personne à l'hôtel même est à:68dT pension complète c'est à dire pour deux personnes 136dT qui vaut 82$C et mois j'ai payé en totalité 172$C ,un plus de de 90 $C et j'ai même appelé ce jour là vos agents à plusieurs reprise pour régler la situation Aussi deux cartes d'appel afin de vous joindre qui m'ont coûtées 10$ chaque. Je souhaiterais un remboursement de cette journée gâchée.

TRES DECUS

Nous avons été très déçus, car nous avons fait l'ouverture de l'hôtel. La chambre était bien "vue mer ", mais la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, et il a fait très chaud. Notre séjour ne s'est pas passé dans de très bonnes conditions. Si vous voulez que l'on revienne, il faudra revoir l'organisation

Cet hotel est très bien situé et propose une très belle plage avec parasols, transats et matelas. Ses jardins sont très bien entretenus. les repas sont d'une bonne qualité et le chef propose de nombreux choix. Les chambres et literie très confortables même si le mobilier est un peu vieillissant . Le personnel de cet établissement est prévenant et très gentil. Je le recommande vivement..

séjour impeccable, à refaire

nous avons choisi el mouradi beach pour l'acces direct a la plage et les prix de la formule all inclusive et nous sommes très satisfait. La chambre etait propore et bien nettoyée tous les jours, le personnel disponible et le buffet proposé au restaurant était de qualité et bien varié, avec pas mal de choix à chaque repas L'equipe d'animation fait du bon travail entre les activités la journée, animations pour les enfants et spectacles le soir nous y reviendrons certainement lors des prochaines vacances a Hammamet

Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée mais un bon séjour

L'hotel est bien situ directement sur la mer, la nourriture est bonne malgré un choix assez limité. L'équipe d'animation est sympathique. Le confort des chambre est à revoir, et surtout l'équipe de la réception (et un certains M. Hbib) qui n'ont pas trouvé notre reservation et nous ont demandé de plier bagage car l'hotel est boucker; ils ont meme mis en doute la crédibilité de HOTEL.COM. Nous avons du rappeler HOTEL.COM pour qu'il entrent en contact avec le directeur qui a finanlement trouvé notre reservation et nous a surclassé. J'ai eu le meme désagrément l'année dernière.
