Pros: amazing staff like Sonia at the lobby, Saad at the restaurant or Afaf at the SPA. Always willing to help out and make sure all our needs are fulfilled in time. Nice pool, amazing beach at a short walk or free shuttle. Plenty of food options at the restaurant at all times. Nice room with AC and daily housekeeping. Many more pros…
Cons: need some crowd control at the restaurant with children running. Need more AC at the restaurant. One time the pool should have been shut down for cleaning during the day but didn’t. Need snack options at the beach and a bit more lounges. The biggest downside was the animation which I think was not to the standard of the hotel and its amenities, all three: at the pool, at the beach, and especially at night. We had to go out couple times due to very standard shows with loud music and dances. We also couldn’t sleep because of the loud music all day long from 9am to 11:30pm
I recommend this hotel for families
Bad service and incompetent staff. Some of the dining staff were very unprofessional.
We got no intro at all and we couldn’t even get towels at the pool.
Dirty, disgusting hotel. Mold, rust, everything is falling apart. Food is mediocre, pools are dirty specially the slides… the pool’s water is green and smelly.
The manager at reception is so rude non stop and bad mouths everyone and everything
My booking was done a month in advance and they kept telling me they didn’t have it and to book with them. I had to contact Expedia to solve the issue. And as a result they put us at the furthest room in the hotel, even though the hotel is pretty empty. The hotel should be 1 star not 4* …Really bad experience

Struttura accogliente. Secondo me da migliore nel parcheggio auto. Ci sono state troppe richieste e i parcheggi auto molto pochi.
Non corrisponde assolutamente alla descrizione di expedia e booki ng, un resort 4 stelle è altra cosa! Wifi assente aria condizionata nei locali di uso comune assente, anbiente generalmente sporco!
