hotel impérial park hammamet

hotel indigne d'un 4 ****, moquette sale, nourriture infecte, le boitier de la prise elctrique de la chambre sort du mur ce qui a eu effet de tout faire sauter à plusieurs reprises, chqt de chambre pr une autre qui sent mauvais, pas de ménage (oubli..!!), télé en panne, les moquettes sales(le seul aspirateur de l'hotel est en panne, jardin pas entretenu, hotel le plus pourri que j'ai connu, un conseil n'y allez pas, j'ai du abréger mon séjour et partir

Would definitely not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it.

We booked an all inclusive family holiday to Tunisia as it was highly recommended. We found Tunisia very nice, friendly people, nice beaches and plenty to do. Food at the hotel is awful, the same thing was repeated every day, food was barely warm. Not enough choice for adults even less for children from a Western European country. The A la Cart restaurant was closed. We lived off Pancakes and omelettes for breakfast every day and the same for dinner, must say that the desserts were nice. Our all inclusive package stated alcohol included - the alcohol was horrible cheap wine/beer, un-drinkable gin/vodka worse than mouth wash. The bar staff are not very nice, we asked for a shandy and they said this is not included in all inclusive, but when we asked for a beer with sprite, this was acceptable (we couldn't tell them that this was shandy as it was the only way we could drink the terrible beer that they served). The entertainment is a JOKE!! If you can call men dancing as if they are doing aerobics cabaret. The general state of the hotel is a disgrace, if anything was broken it never got fixed and was left broken. No one seemed to care, which is so sad as it could be a really nice hotel. The only good thing that I can say about the hotel is that the maids did a good job of cleaning and changed the towels regularly. Also the pool and the health centre are also very good. Very nice staff and excellent treatment. Would definitely visit Tunisia again, but not this hotel.

je pars en tunisie tout les3 mois, et c'est la premiere fois que je suis mécontente de mon séjour. d'ailleurs j'ai appelé Paris expédia ,car je voulais changé hotel.....mais impossible de communiqué depuis une cabine la liaison étais coupé ou mon interlocuteur ne m'entendais mal.....tres fatiguée j'ai laissée tomber l'hotel n'avais pas de cabine téléphonique (apparament en panne)et a l'accueil 3 dinars la minute j'ai mangé tout les jours le même repas( j'avais pris 15 jours) chou fleur servi 4 jours a différentes sauce....rien ne se perd 2 fois en 15 jours de boeuf!!!!!! enfin bouffe dégueulasse
