"The hotel staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is great with direct access to the beach. The room was clean but did not meet the standards expected of a five-star hotel. The beach was not very clean, and the lobby was small and lacked the spacious feel of a luxury hotel. The gym was small, with old, limited equipment, and the air conditioning was not working. The restaurant offered a good variety of food, but the taste was below expectations,...
