"This is our 3rd time visiting Bel Azur and we had a wonderful time. We were there 2 weeks.
We had a basic double room this time. There were a couple maintenance issues with our room (light bulb changes and shower head change) but the hotel took care of them right away. It was a spacious room with a large balcony. Nothing fancy but very clean.
Housekeeping was fantastic. Entertainment crew was great- lots of activities and shows. Food was delicious, with lots of choices, every night.

"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

"I stayed here recently for a week in January. The view from the room was outstanding with a view of the sea and palm trees. There was a desk and small table to work from. The WIFI was mostly good though I also had an Ooredoo 4-G SIM to rely on. My plan included breakfast and dinner which were both outstanding in terms of food freshness and quality. The heated indoor swimming pool was nice. The staff, Hisham and Salah, were both friendly who could communicate effectively in English."

"We had a lovely time at Le Sultan. We travelled with a toddler so it was a nice, low maintenance resort for us to relax and vacation at. The resort tries to provide a variety of activities for guests to choose from and the food was varied and had a decent selection -- but dinner time in particular can feel a little chaotic with all the guests trying to get food and find tables. We particularly liked the Mini Club activities and the evening disco for the kids. Mona and the staff running the...
