The room was very clean and the hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 2 weeks and the hot breakfasts were excellent with many options.

There was hair in the my bed from prorogue guest covers were dirty, hair inside tub and also charged me a 100 dollar cleaning fee and stated I would receive my refund of 100 when I check out he basically explained that it was a $100 hold

I am extremely sorry for the experience. Thank you for bringing up to my attention. We would have been happy to switch your room immediately if you had call the front desk. We hope that our housekeeping staff took care of your concerns the next day when we gave you service. I am sorry if the staff did not explain incidental deposit correctly. It is hold so that if you wanted to add any charges to your room from our sundry. It is not cleaning fee. Once again our apologies and hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you.

NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!
This place has porcelain tubs. Why would you not have anything place to prevent slippage in the tub or at least a handrail to grab onto!!!!! I fell, hit my head on the back wall, hurt my hand, and my back, and all I was offered was an apology! This could’ve been very bad for me. I’m still waiting on the manager to call me. Haven’t heard anything yet! Wow! I won’t book here again.

All out tubs have anti slip strips in the tub. I can reach out to you and make that our insurance also reach out to you as well. once again I am sorry I did not call you.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast staff even put a good luck note in her breakfast sign for our softball girls, it was very nice. The hotel was a little dirty but pretty average for the age of the hotel. Our room, bedding and towels were clean. Also there was daily maid service for our room which I haven’t seen since COVID. It was a nice stay. I would definitely go back.

Clean room, bit stuffy
Check in was a bit slow, computer not working right I think. Had to try 4 times to scan my DL. Room was clean but a bit stuffy. Felt very humid. Good for the one night I was there.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are great! Pets and family friendly. The only thing is the hotel is a little bit old and the road leading to the hotel is really bad.

Where this is located I am glad I drove down that road in the daylight. The road is riddled with pot holes and the area overall is sketch. My room was okay. I like to keep the tv on to drown out noise but this one auto turns off, annoying! For the price I expected something nicer.

Nice but......
The hotel was nice. The first room we had was clean, but the toilet did not work properly. When we told the front desk about our grievance they switched our room and we did not have any issues. The exterior of the hotel and the inside in of the hotel looks dark. The hallways need better lighting and the flooring of the hallways are weird. It's not carpet and it's a dark brown color. The cleaning crew was wonderful, but I overall did not feel as comfortable as I would have liked to. The hotel is a little creepy to me.

They cancelled my reservation without my knowledge. Another person reservation was also cancelled. I pressure the worker to keep looking until he found my stay. Other than that the place was worth the money 😊

the hotel is under terrible management. I booked it through expedia, they cannot find my booking for the longest time even with the iterniry number. And then they charge $100 on my credit card on file. they said the charge should go away after check out. It has been more than 2 weeks, the charge still there. It is way too much hassle to stay at one hotel. and take care of all the before and after.
