"Hot tub and pool closed. Tried to give our room away after we checked in. Maintenance on room was sad. Breakfast was nice,hotel in general was nice"

"The toilet didn’t work. The technician came up and fixed it, but when he left he lifted the plunger in a bucket over the bed and personal items. Unacceptable!!!! The toilet tissue and towels ran out, and we called but never got any assistance. Turn down service was not offered so the trash was running over. The remote in the living room wasn’t working properly, so they had to come and replace it. Not a good stay. "

"The room was nice, clean, modern. However…No buffet breakfast. Desk Phone didn’t work in my room. No ice machine on the 8th floor. One hour later (12pm) check out was an extra charge. No bellhop. Not many restaurants in walking distance. Disappointed."

"Everything was wonderful except for the shower. cld never get the water temperature hot, had to use the handheld shower to get some stronger power for the water having back issues after walking all day wld have been great to get a good hot string shower."
