Beautiful views and an amazing location! Staff was so kind and LaMonica specifically went above and beyond in taking care of us. Yes there is noise because of onsite events but everything was quiet by about 10:30. Would come back!

I loved the view from my room in the water front and the boats the hospitality and the warmness of everyone that was working made my stay feel like I was at home with family I have no complaints about anything at all I totally enjoyed every moment of my stay with you guys

Very nice hotel. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from other rooms. The shower set up was very difficult to work. The air conditioner was VERY noisy. The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

I’ve stayed at this property before and overall, it’s a solid choice. The room I had this time was fair, though the bathroom layout felt a bit tighter compared to other rooms I’ve experienced at this hotel. The rooftop pool party added a nice vibe, but it did create congestion on the second floor, making it difficult to move through that area. The elevators can be slow at times, but they get the job done. Still a generally good stay with a few areas for improvement.

Good location for the wedding across the street. Bed was FABULOUS. Honestly one of the comfiest ever. But the place was pretty run down. There was a fraternity party on the 2nd floor that was not appropriate for a public venue. They should have rented a private venue. The smoke and noise was inconsiderate of the other guests and was not stopped. We stayed 5 floors up from the party and could still hear the music. That being said, the staff worked hard to get us early check in which was much appreciated!

Very run down property. Lipstick on a pig. Light fixtures missing, walls painted badly, cracked countertops in bathroom. Bathroom outlet hanging out of wall. Dirty shower, horrible, horrible rooms! Couldn’t wait to check out!!

Not what expected for a quiet getaway out-of-state. Rufe and loud patrons. One pulled the fire alarm after midnight. Staff did absolutely nothing about it. Loud car revving in the parking lot, which first time ever we had to pay for parking at a place we stayed. Room was beautiful. But would never return.

The property itself is a little outdated. Also we had a roach in our room. The hotel staff however was amazing! They were attentive and accommodating. Both the day and night managers were fantastic. I will give this property another chance because of the great service.
