"A nice hotel with clean comfortable room. Breakfast offered a good variety of items and staff were friendly . The usp is definitely the view from the bedroom which was great ! Looking out over the golf course was lovely"

"I turned up to be told they had overbooked and had no room for me. I asked why no one had told me but got told there was no contact details on the booking (a lie). The staff member at the front desk simply did not care. They then told me they had a room available only for an extra £200. I was shocked and appalled at the attitude. I had driven 3 hours and told them this and got no more than a shrug in return. Appalling and will never stay here in the future."

"The gym and pool were good but busy. It's a walk out of town, maybe 20 mins walk to the train station. Very nice staff, bar staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. Had a minor cleanliness issue with my room. They didn't correct it and didn't offer any recompense for it. Not my hair on the chair!"
