Good hotel but misleading information
The main reasons I booked this hotel was its proximity to the train station and because it offered laundry facilities. Well, it was close to the train station but they don't have laundry facilities... they offer laundry services at exorbitant prices (1 polo shirt for 8.50€, a pair od socks for 4.50€). If I had done my load of laundry there it would have cost me close to 200€.

Great central location close to main railway station with great choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended, would definitely stay there again. English tv channels would be beneficial though.

A bargain and pet friendly
Very basic hotel with a bit of a walk into the main part of town. They allowed our dog so that's a plus but the bed was a bit hard and the condition of the room could be a bit better. If you are looking for a bargain this is a good spot. Breakfast was really nice and parking was easy. Hotel itself is just a bit worn down and in need of a good make over. The staff was very nice though and accomodating to us while we toured around Hannover.

Too hot and noisy for comfort
The weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. Also impractical to open the window as the noise from both traffic and trains was very loud. The shower room was very small.

Close to the center of town
Great location. Clean. Missing small things like coffee in room. Shower was just a curtain. On a loud street. Bring ear plugs. Price was right and I would stay again.

Good value in Hannover
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Walking distance from the main station and thus from the shopping areas and old town. Slightly dated exterior but the room was very clean and airy. The only problem I had was that although I purchased use of the wireless, I couldn't really get a good connection in my room (at the end of the corridor). But otherwise, a good value hotel for the price range.

Great downtown location
The hotel is walking distance to the train station and offers easy access to the downtown sights. Hotel has a limited number of reserved spaces, so be sure to ask if you will have a car. Decent value for hotel, although Aarhus is expensive to stay downtown.

Convenient for the railway station
Arrived very late in the evening. Just a short walk from the station. Swift check-in. Staff polite and helpful. Room spacious, bed comfortable, pillows too soft. Toilet and shower room quite small and shower curtain was a pain (glass would have been better). Good breakfast. Overall a good place to stay for a brief city centre visit.

Stayed for one night and it was very clean, modern and comfortable all of the staff was pleasant and friendly, and breakfast was of a wide variety of food Would definitely recommend this hotel as its a couple of minutes to main train station and shops and bars.

My stay
I had to take a studio apartment. All was good but spending all that money I would have expected to have the door opened and closed for me on arrival and departure. Impressive room with a great shower. Use of the mini bar but no nuts and chips. A pleasant experience but the room is designed for two people - nog one person on their own. I was told my travel agent that there was a fair on and hence hotels booked out. The hotel staff said they knew nothing of that. Breakfast excellent.

A little on the steep side but worth the money
Staff was alright - by European standards. Don't expect a warm welcome with small talk, just straight to the point (no doubt there is one or two on shift who were more pleasant). Room was huge actually; shower facilities sufficient. Well kept, and warm enough for days which are superbly cold (below 0 degrees) Free Wi-Fi for half an hour, you need to ask from the desk. 5 euros for 24 hours, speed was fast too - so it wasn't too bad. About a 5 minute walk from the station. Easy to spot.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Das Personal war etwas gestresst, aber freundlich. Die Bar etwas laut, aber ansonsten zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war uns etwas zu teuer für die Auswahl. Der Frühstücksraum hat leider eine schlechte Akustik, so dass es dort sehr laut war und wir das Frühstück nicht wirklich -Leistungsverhältnis alles gut .haben. Ansonsten aber vom Preis

4 Sterne hat dieses Hotel leider nicht verdient… mit der Frage nach Allergikerbettwäsche wurde ich fragend angeschaut und mir wurde zu verstehen gegeben das es eine Allergikeretage sei?! Unsere Zimmereingang war versperrt mit Wäschewagen und die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Leider keine Weiterempfehlung

Ich konnte ein Doppelzimmer als Einzelzimmer nutzen; meistens sind ja Einzelzimmer 'Stiefkinder'. Das Zimmer war recht groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Der Speisesaal hat mir von der Einrichtung her nicht gefallen; etwas lieblos. Außerdem hallte es sehr; der Luftreiniger war sehr laut und die Kaffeemaschine dröhnte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Von Vorteil war das Restaurant vor dem Hotel, der kurze Weg von/zum Bahnhof und zur Fußgängerzone.

Nice room, excellent location
Room was spacious and I did not hear noise from neighbours. Good bed, Room did not have airco. Shower with glas, visible from the room. Does not give a lot of privacy. But I was alone. Did not take breakfast. Excellent location.

Toilette hat eine verglaste Tür, Dusche ein Fenster zum Bad. Prinzipiell ist es dadurch heller, allerdings möchte man der anderen Person auch nicht beim großen Geschäft zusehen oder zuhören. In anderen Hotels ist dieser Trend besser gelöst. Zum Beispiel, dass ein Sichtschutz etc. Verwendet werden kann.

Gutes Hotel, zeitgemäß, zentral, sauber. Check in unkompliziert und freundlich. Pluspunkt ist die Klimaanlage. Es war ruhig, Betten sehr gut, modernes Bad. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
