Comfortable hotel with great staff

Short business trip. The NH Hannover is a comfortable, no-nonsense business hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Breakfast was extensive and fresh, again lovely friendly woman serving. The lobby is calm and quiet. It's a bit of walk to the city centre but quite a pleasant one. One tip - there's a great gym just across the road from the hotel. I got a day pass to it reduced from €12 to just €8 when the receptionist saw my NH Hannover room card. Worth a visit.

This was a really nice hotel. The room was large and clean. The virw was nothing to write about (bins and the back of the hotel). The breakfast was excellent and the staff were awesome.

Modern rooms, good location

Very modern hotel, close to city centre (20 min walk) and Leibniz university (also 20 min walk). Very friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast buffet. If you're happy to not have housekeeping every day they'll give you a free drink! A few restaurants in the local area. Would stay again!

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel, clean, friendly and a great price for the location! Happy with the area and the only small niggle I had was that the additions I could pay for or use (like the mini bar and gym weren't explained initially and not obvious in the room) but really minor! Excellent staff, friendly welcome and very comfy room. Good environmental policies - I opted not to have my room serviced during my stay and was rewarded with a voucher for a drink on the bar. Lobby is great for meeting people staying elsewhere as you can be inside on a cube/chair and watch the world go by through the huge windows. Would definitely stay again and will look for this hotel group again.

Loved our stay and the staff

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The staff are friendly and know English really well. We changed rooms because the one we had booked wasn’t ready at first, and I accidentally left a scarf in the first room. The staff located it quickly and returned it to me. The breakfast has lots of variety; location is perfect with some great ethnic restaurants nearby. Beautiful park nearby as well… the beds were a little too hard for our preference but we still slept well. It really was just perfect! Thanks, management and staff!

Myself and four friends traveled to Hanover for several reasons. We are all parkrunners and two of the five were delighted to find that not only was there a gig they'd booked for but also managed to get tickets for another band. The process of checking in was smooth and efficient. Of course greatly helped by the young man having perfect English... All staff were friendly and professional throughout our 3 night stay. There was one member of staff who was on duty for much of out stay, and he made us all feel very relaxed, welcome and comfortable. We particularly appreciated the NH policy of a complimentary drink from the bar if you didn't have housekeeping. The reception / lounge area was immaculate and we enjoyed relaxing in the area prior to going out, or as a meeting point.
