Erstaunlich gut!

Das Hotel liegt recht weit ab vom Schuss (ehem. ExpoGelände), aber die Straßenbahn Linie 6 (Haltestelle 3 - 5 Minuten Fußweg) bringt einen direkt in die Innenstadt (z.B. Kröpcke). Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und in der Bar. Leider ist an der Bar keine Barzahlung möglich; Handyzahlung klappte nicht, Karte musste benutzt werden. Ansonsten ist das Radisson Blu wirklich zu empfehlen…

God service, romslige rom og god frokost.

Frokosten var veldig god og innsjekking gikk fint. Tok noe tid når vi skulle spørre om hjelp, men hun kom relativt raskt. Vi var noe usikre på rommet vårt og fikk lov til å bytte flere ganger uten problemer. Hun sørget for at vi fikk et rom vi var komfortable med uten at vi følte oss til bry. Gratis parkering utenfor. Rommene med tregulv ser veldig moderne ut, rommene var romslige, og det var rent. Noe små hår her og der, ellers fint. Kan fint velge dette igjen.

Hotel liegt zentral am Messegelände. Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings riesiges Manko: Die Klimaanlage ist bereits seit mehr als 3 Tagen komplett defekt. Gäste bekommen Gratis-Wasser. Bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen ist das eine sehr kleine Entschädigung. Das müsste in so einem großen Haus am Messegelände schneller repariert werden können.
