I wanted a room with a bed and a bathroom - I got a room with a nice bed and a nice bathroom, and a tiny tiny TV with the local german TV channels. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a brisk 15min walk from the central station, and absolutely perfect for solo travellers who simply want a place to stay!

The room was on a smallish side but did the job. It was very clean. TV worked. Wi-if was very reliable. Regulated heater was adequate. Location is fine with old town and train/bus station within short walk.

I was supposed to check in but there was no one at the reception and the door was closed and the number provided didnt pick up even after calling for seven times. Leaving me and my senior parents in the street in the middle of the night

Das Personal war angenehm, das Frühstück war entspannt und das Zimmer war ausreichend möbliert. Es war nachts nur relativ laut in der Umgebung und auch das Türenknallen der anderen Gäste war klar zu vernehmen, wodurch eine Nachtruhe mehrfach gestört wurde.

Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Hotel , wo man gut ein paar Tage bleiben kann. Mein Zimmer hatte leider das Fenster zur lauten Straße raus. Das Zimmer ist allgemein sehr warm gewesen und durch das geschlossene Fenster in der Nacht, noch wärmer. Würde aufjedenfall ein Zimmer in Richtung Innenhof buchen. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich klein , die Toilette zu dicht an der Dusche dran, sodass man keinen Platz hatte. Die Duschkabine war defekt und man konnte sie nicht richtig schließen. Unter dem Strich ist es vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis aber Okay, wenn man nicht so viel Luxus braucht.

Das Hotel ist eher low budget, aber zweckmäßig. Die Rezeptionistin ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit! Leider wurde trotz ausgehängter Zimmerkarte keine Reinigung durchgeführt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer wurden vor wenigen Jahren erst modernisiert, benötigen aber wieder dringende Reparaturen. Außerdem bitte kleinere Kissen und eine vernünftige Senderverteilung im TV!

PESIMO SKYLINE HOTEL

Hice la reserva para mi hijo, llegó a las 9pm, nadie abrió a pesar de que decían atender hasta las11 pm, estuvo congelándose en la puerta del hotel por más de 20 minutos y no fue atendido, tuve que hacerla otra reserva en el hotel más cercano. Este hotel no se responsabilizó de su falta de atención y cobró la noche, Hoteles.com tampoco se responsabilizó por ofrecer un hotel que no tenía atención. Esperé solución por más de dos meses y no lo hicieron. CERO RESPALDO DE HOTELES.COM. Este bien pudo verificar en cámaras que mi hijo estuvo ahí tocando insistentemente la puerta y no lo hizo. PESIMO HOTEL

Die Unterkunft war ordentlich und sauber. Es war alles nötige vor Ort. 1 Stern Abzug für die Tapete, die schon runter kommt und das sehr kleine Waschbecken im engen Badezimmer. Frühstück war lecker und eine gute Auswahl. Nur Hafermilch für den Tee wäre toll gewesen, auch auf dem Zimmer. Bei Bedarf gerne wieder.
