Stylish, clean property with super friendly staff. The breakfast restaurant is lovely with a reasonable selection of both Asian and Western food. Hotel is located on a busy street but wonderfully serene inside. In-room facilities are what you’d expect of any quality establishment and there was nothing wanting. The ladies in the spa are wonderful, friendly and with strong hands. I didn’t try the gym but it had two runners, weights, etc. We walked to most of the sites we wanted to see but just as easy to Grab it anywhere. They’re pretty cheap and plentiful. If we are ever in Hanoi again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay. Definitely worth a visit.

Nice hotel but average stay unfortunately
This was a nice hotel. Hotel seemed very empty due to Coronavirus probably. Staff where very friendly and accommodating. Internet was terrible. We had a room overlooking street and it was very noisy and hard to relax. Overall room was nice. Wouldn’t stay here again though due to how busy of a street it was on and the noise plus internet.

Great hotel, close to everything
Very clean and comfortable hotel, with far the best bed we slept in while traveling in Vietnam! Breakfast buffet was very tasty and wide-ranging. Also a wonderful foot massage in the spa downstairs. Walkable to the old quarter, the French quarter, and the Government district. Highly recommend. Note: when we traveled in Feb 2020, the building next door was under construction between 8:30am and 5:30pm daily. This wasn't an issue for us as we were out and about during the day. If this is your first stop in Vietnam and you man need an afternoon nap to deal with jet lag, check with the hotel on the status of construction.

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff. They were very kind to let us rest in the spa when we arrived very early after a night train and stored our bags for us during the day until check-in.

Our stay was amazing at Acoustic Hotel in Hanoi from the beginning to the end. We were greeted by a welcome tea drink and friendly staff. The staff was very informative from suggestions on places to see, room and breakfast info and bringing our luggage to our room. The room itself was well decorated and had a comfortable bed. The included breakfast buffet had a wide selection of tasty food, fruit and pastries and I also loved that they offered free coffee and tea in the afternoon. Also, their made to order breakfast station of omelettes, eggs, waffles, Pho, etc was delicious! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is clean, in a great location to walk around the old quarter. I would definitely recommend this new hotel to people visiting Hanoi!More
