This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the facilities were well maintained. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the stunning view from my room. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt very professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stay 2 nights at this hotel in Hanoi and I really loved the pool! The swimming pool is on the rooftop with nice city view, perfect place for relax after long day sightseeing. Water is clean and sunbeds is comfy. Room is big and pretty clean. Bed is soft, room has ac, TV, small fridge and coffee maker. Wifi work gud most time but sometimes little slow. Bathroom is nice, hot shower is strong. They change towels everyday. Staff very friendly and helpfull, always smile and give tips for good food place. Hotel located not far from train station, easy to take taxi or grab. Only thing is pool can be busy afternoon, but still fun. Overall nice stay with good pool! Would come back again 😄
