21時頃チェックインしましたが、ホテルではなくサービスアパートメントなので、守衛が一人待ってくれていた。部屋はとても綺麗で写真通りの部屋でとても満足した。日本のテレビも沢山見れたので本当に自宅に居るみたいだった。ソファーが少し汚れていたのが気になりましたが、合格範囲。早朝5時過ぎにチェックアウトした時も守衛がシャッターをすぐ開けてくれたのでスムーズに出る事が出来た。また利用したいです。

Very modern, extremely new, clean and stylish apartments. Honestly it was perfect for my needs. I needed to work and the WiFi here is extremely fast and capable and the room has a fantastic desk and chair.

Found it according to the address... Named "Dandelion Apartments" instead of the listed name... Stayed 1 night, went out of hanoi, and stayed 1 night again. Very bad experience... Booked 2 different room types, Standard room and Deluxe room... Was given Standard room for both stays... Front desk was totally not aware of the bookings, and just gives any available room... And it was "the only available room" when i booked the Deluxe room and was given the Standard room... When leaving Hanoi, wasnt allowed to keep my bag inside the hotel even when i will be returning for a stay... very inconvenient. Rooms were well equipped with kitchen, iron and washing macchine, but the guest experience was very very bad.
