All in one place to stay

Everything you need, food, pool, gym, massage, grocery store. An entire living community with security and 24 hr reception. Only downside is it is not easy to get a Grab pick up. We used a cab orders by reception to go where we needed and used Grab to get back.

it’s an older complex and away from the busy areas if you want quiet place. kitchen tools need upgrade such as cleaner tea pot with longer power cord., need to keep extra toilets paper at all time. shower curtain doesn’t work because it is splashing all over. need to upgrade to a modern bathroom employees are very attentive and quick.

It was ok. Far away from alot of stuff. We got a room with a washer and dryer to wash our clothing. Dryer function was broken and just steamed our clothing really hot and clothing was totally soaked even after a full day attempting to dry.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so grand, incredibly clean and has a lot of amenities such shuttle bus to local attractions and shopping centers. Large pool, sauna, gym, tennis court, etc. The best is a kitchen with a nice fridge and all the necessary cookware and a convection oven and rice cooker in case you have a long stay. The staff was very responsive to all of our requests - they called a taxi for us, held our luggage when we left to a short cruise. Guest security is well kept, with outside visitors having to check in at the gates, and no random people being allowed to just walk in to the complex. The front desk workers, and probably most of the other employees, speak several languages and were a great help, with such friendly service.

泳池很大，又有單車借用，可供環西湖遊覽，很棒的體驗。gym房也不錯，還有乒乓球室，但美中不足是無空調。提供穿梭巴士到舊城區，但班次略嫌疏落。早餐也豐富美味。房間超大，備有廚房，設備齊全。極力推薦。

The room’s size, cleanliness, and staff service were all excellent. Since there are no large facilities nearby, shopping requires some travel, but the property has a convenience store on-site, so you can still get all the essentials

The property is a mix of residential accommodation and holiday apartments. The pool was lovely and quiet. The kitchens in the apartments need updating and the breakfast wasn’t the best we have had. It’s also worth noting that you have to request a balcony for all 1 bed apartments as this isn’t a bookable option via Expedia

Een prima en net en schoon verblijf. De bedden zijn goed, het appartement is zeer ruim. Het complex zelf was groter dan we verwacht hadden. Het komt saai over, ondanks dat er genoeg te doen is. Dit komt omdat het niet echt leeft. De afstand naar de stad vonden we te ver.

오래 되었지만 관리가 잘 되었단 말에 4박을 예약했습니다 우선, 들어가자마자 에어컨 곰팡이 냄샌지 오래되서 나는 냄샌지 퀘퀘한 냄새가 났고 오래되서 그런가보다 이해하고 넘겼습니다 킹베드1, 싱글베드2 방을 예약했는데 그냥 킹베드1, 싱글베드1방에 엑스트라베트 하나 추가해주는거 였습니다 세탁기가 고장나있어서 교체 받았는데 오마이갓 통안에서 썩은내 남… 너무 속상했지만 그런가보다 했는데 결정타 엄청나게 큰 바퀴벌레 거실에서 발견!! 뒤로 하루하루 빨리가길 엄청 바랬습니다 직원들은 친절하나 사진과 너무 동떨어지는 컨디션입니다. 조식도 전날 남은거 다음 날 다시 나오고 소진되면 바뀌는 루틴? 입니다.
