We booked the hotel for one day only to refresh and relax till our night bus .. check-in was at 14hr we reached there earlier …the lady at the counter was so so helpful I will never forget the service thought the hotel was full she gave us a room to shower and refresh … everything was so perfect . Great staff and location. Lots of cafes, historic sites and shopping, very walkable, very safe. I stayed in a larger room (705) with a huge balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of Hanoi life. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with lots of choices including fresh fruit and cooked to order eggs. Thanks Kevin for operating such a nice hotel. I’d definitely stay again when visiting this city.

Overall, the hotel was clean, towels and sheets were fresh, and the staff was helpful when needed. I leave 3 stars because it was overall average - not great but not bad either. The breakfast only had a few options and the eating area was small, but it had what was needed. The rooms were clean with a Vietnamese house style bathroom, and a relatively comfortable mattress, but everything outside the room could be heard - including other guests, construction, breakfast being prepared several floors above us, and the loud traffic of Hanoi. The price was very affordable though, so if you need a brief stay in Hanoi to pass through (as we were) then is place is a suitable option.

This place was great. They had amazing staff. They’ve got a spa right there. They’ll do massages until like three in the morning for you. My massage was excellent and everyone was very friendly. I will definitely beat you back.

Family room has a big space and there was everything we need. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and also Floor. Only the light was flickering a bit. But we really enjoyed and can recommend this place. Beides there was an elevator, because in the description of the Hotel it was mentioned there would be no elevator.

We stayed 6 nights. The location was great! Easy to access anywhere! The station was 5 mins walk so we could take the bus no. 86 from and to the airport. Delicious breakfast! Buffett with several cooked dishes freshly made.Freshly baked buns and piloshki and seasonal fruits buffet! You can also order the eggs or the noodle soup as you wish. Friendly staff!

The room looked nothing like the photos, not up to my standards, could use a complete makeover , fresh paint , new linings, the area around the old quarter is dirty lot of trash on the streets. And of coarse non refundable. That’s the only problem booking before you see.

Kiváló helyen lévő hotel

Két szobát foglaltunk, megérkezéskor nagyon kedvesen fogadtak. Viszont azt csak a szoba elfoglalásakor vettük észre, hogy az egyik nem az, amit foglaltunk. Miután ezt jeleztük a recepción, csak akkor közölték, hogy a kért szobában állítólag csőtörés volt és leghamarabb másnap tudjuk azt átvenni. Ezt úgy gondolom illett volna rögtön a megérkezéskor közölni. A csere szobában nem működött sem a hűtő, sem a klíma, de ezeket nem szerelték meg. Reggeli a legfelső emeleten, terasz is van. 4-5 nap után már unalmas a reggeli, de egyébként elfogadható. Minden reggel friss gyümölcs, tészta, leves és tojásételek is vannak. A hotel elhelyezkedése verhetetlen, sok látnivaló 5-10-20 perces séta, imádtuk.
