The room was very clean, the staff were so friendly, and very helpful, but most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. We stayed here twice on our way in and out of Hanoi. It is located near the old quarter, so it is a great area to explore, and it is near the weekend night markets by the lake. They have an excellent breakfast buffet as well. We loved our stays here!

The hotel is located in the heart of old Hanoi. There were numerous food and souvenier options nearby. The room was very clean and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful in recommending places to eat and booking tour reservations and transit reservations to our next hotel, as well as, tour and transit reservations after our stay had ended. The Junior Balcony suite was a spacious room and we were very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Bed was comfy also. Walking distance to a lot of attractions, shops and eateries. Friendliest hotel in the world
