Fantastic hotel with amazing staff and great service. Check in was efficient and thorough, restaurant had a lovely buffet selection as well as menu options. The Skybar had good views over Hanoi, humorous staff and a good range of snack options to go with the drinks. This hotel is very close to all amenities.

This is the third time we are staying in this hotel. Location is great, walkable everywhere, hotel itself is full of character, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little too firm and the pillows a little too soft. The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. The restaurant had a great variety of food. The location in the old quarter during the new year meant it was always incredibly busy and it took a long time to get in and out of the area for day trips.

Great location, only a minute from one of the ‘train streets’ and a short walk to the old town. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Room was great, with massive shower! Breakfast had a very good selection, although you have to pay for any premium coffee - it could be included. Overall very good value for money and location. I’d recommend.

Charming Victorian building very well maintained very clean. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly and made the effort to even remember my name and activities during my 3-day stay. A very welcoming and charming experience. Also both the dinner and breakfast were outstanding, although the dinner was substantially more expensive than a restaurant in Hanoi but nonetheless a very enjoyable dining experience.
