Very satisfy with the hotel

Due to urgent work, I was travelling last minute to Hanoi, surprisingly turned out to be a good one! Located at the very heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, Golden Sail Hotel offers you the best one could ask for as a traveler. Convenient, newly build, clean and tidy room, friendly staffs; I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the capital.

Amazingly central little hotel, with fabulous staff and lovely rooms. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast and lots of good restaurants and bars round about. Right in the middle of the weekend market but so quiet at night. Helpful reception will organise taxis, laundry and early check in. We had a great stay!

Great hotel

Stayed in two different rooms on our stay here, both were a very good standard. The hotel is extremely well located and great value. Staff helped recommend our Ha long bay trip which again was amazing

Nebenan ist eine Diskothek und jeden Abend ist es sehr laut. Aber wer in der Altstadt wohnt, sollte kein Problem mit Lautstärke haben.

사진으로 보는것보다는 아담하네요 직원들도 친절하고 호텔주변에 현지음식점이 많아서 좋았습니다 호안끼엠호수도 가깝고 웬만한데는 다 걸어다녔습니다 하노이 3번째간건데 위치가 가장 맘에들었어요 담에가게되면 다시 묵고싶습니다

Hotel is in a good and convenient location if you enjoy the hustle and bustle of lives in Hanoi. Street food in abundance and shopping is all within walking distance. Staff are all wonderfully courteous and helpful :) However, we did get one shock from Golden Sail. The bathroom door in our room is clear glass, completely no privacy for user :(

We had a very pleasant stay at the Golden sail hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They tried their very best to accommodate us and to fulfill our needs/inquiry/,wishes. I would give them full credit for the excellent service. We got a room upgrade from the deluxe room to the family room because the air conditioner did not work in our room. There were 2 double beds in the room and a few amenities. The balcony was a little small to use but you could watch what was going on outside. The hotel is in a good location in the old quarters of Hanoi, there are restaurants and bars in walking distance. The small lake us also close by. There was loud music from a bar next door but the music gets turned off at 0:00. For breakfast there was a small buffet you could choose from and on 1 day a menu where you could have hot stuff made such as eggs, phó, noodles and other. The coffee and juices were good too. The breakfast room is a little small, so you have to share tables but that is fine. The value was good for the service we got. I would definitely recommend it to other people. Maybe more for younger crowds though.

On the north side of old quarters I arrived very late but they were very accommodating. They called up even to inform me about breakfast that was ending soon. The room was small but very accommodating in all you might need. They helped with tours and held our luggage for us.

Marvelous place to stay and enjoy old Hanoi

The hotel is right in the center of Hanoi's most lively district, located in a old crowed street. One step outside and I could join the daily life of local people right away. This argulably was this hotel's strongest point because it took no time at all to travel to almost anywhere I wanted to visit. At weekends the streets turn into a night market and forbit vehicle travelling through, it's an experience you would'nt want to miss when staying here. It's kinda like a local mini festival. About the hotel itself, it must have been built recently, thus it's facilities were all new and worked perfectly well. Everything were nice and shiny, from the door handles to the window screws. While the room I chosed was some what narrow, still it was comfy enough for our whole family to spend the night. Price for the place cant be beaten any way. Services were great, people was helpful, kind and humble. I got nothing to complain, even impressed I might say. Very satified, will return 2nd time.
