You can hear everything outside of your room. Especially in the morning, you‘ll wake up from the noise of the staff or people. But overall the check-in was easy and smooth, I had a great time in Hanoi.

Adequate but keep looking

This was adequate overnight stay but would not come back. Hotel in alleyway, no restaurant (other than breakfast) local restaurant options within walking distance were limited Room smelled Smokey

The tub/ shower is to high. Difficult to get in and the curtains dont help keep water in. Language barrier with staff is a challenge at times.

I had 2 nights in this hotel. It is easy to find the hotel or to catch a taxi. There are some good local restaurants nearby. Besides, the hotel is new. Staff is helpful too. Everything is great to me.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful, warmly welcomed. The room was clean and bright, and looked like the same with the photos posted in booking. It's a nice and quiet place for leisure, enjoy the vacation with your close friends and family

This was perfect for us as we used to live in Hanoi but came back for 10 days for a visit. the hotel is located in a lovely area to stay and everywhere in central Hanoi is easily reached. Comfortable bed and great shower. Quiet at night for Hanoi standards

Incredible service

They have an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to be helpful, booking trips and finding us somewhere to eat when we checked in late at night. It's not as new or nice as some places, but incredible service. The breakfast was simple, just toast, yougurt, and fresh phó, but was delicious.

GOOD VALUE CHEERFUL HOTEL IN MODERN CITY

The hotel was a good value in the more modern business section of the city, not the most ideal for purely leisure clients, but it was clean and comfortable and provided adequately for requirements

I must say this is one of the best stays I ever had in Hanoi during my trip. I ve stayed at many other 4 or 5 stars hotel but nowhere can beat Grand Dragon for its excellent services and modern style of architecture. IF I come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel

Spent three nights at this hotel. Room was clean, neat, and quiet. Adequate room for two. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. And, yes, there was plenty of hot water. Room was cleaned. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Plenty of choices. Location was good. Just off a busy street. Market, coffee, McDonald's, and mall all within a 10-minute walk. Definately a convenient location. No complaints.

Must book here We had 2 nights in this hotel and it was amazing. From the check – in staff to the check – out staff. The room is spotless. Such an memorable time We had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were picked up at the airport on time, and after our fruit and fruit juice on arrival were shown to our upgraded family room. Thank you for all your kindness . We appreciate that .
