HOME KEY's place was everything we could have asked for. The location is amazing. It is surrounded by coffee shops, convenient stores and street food vendor. The room itself is perfect for a solo/couple travelers with all of the basics including a washing machine. The AC has heating mode, the room is sparkling clean, and in great shape.

The location is right in the Old City but not on a super busy road which is nice. Restaurants, coffee, shops - all are easy to find. Despite the floor to ceiling windows, our room in the 4th floor was quite quiet at night. The rooms is as large as it looks in the photos. The washer / dryer was very to have but a little confusing to figure out as the settings don’t translate well with my Translate app. I did figure it out though. And I can’t say enough about the staff. Between whoever responds to the Expedia app communication to the staff in the coffee shop - they were all so wonderful, responsive and helpful. Plus, the coffee was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location in the heart of Hanoi. This was a beautiful room, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. However, there're still some cons as the surrounding environment is pretty noisy and must climb stairs.

Great place in the middle of the center (Hoan Kiem) of Hanoi. Everything you need is in walking distance. The host is very communicative and helpful and and the place was very clean. would definitely recommend for a stay.

The overall experience was great, location couldn’t have been more central and convenient, it was absolutely the reason we booked it and we’re pleased with the location. The check-in was seamless with easy instructions, the host was responsive and gave us recommendations.
