The photos shown in the web were photo-edited. it is not the same. The location was not conveniently situated. It was in a dark alley and we have a fear when walking back to the hotel in one of the nights. Leah Silk Hotel was so much better than this and cheaper....

숙소 레스토랑 너무 맛있고 직원 분들 웬만큼은 영어하시고 친절하셔서 좋았어요 호텔도 작지않았구요 다만 숙소에서 벌레가 한 번 나와서 방을 바꾸었습니다

Just ok

The service we received from staff was friendly. However we would opt to stay else where in the future simply because the location of the hotel wasn’t ideal for us. It is a bit of a walk to the ‘lake side’ old quarter area and set in a back street with an ‘industrial’feel to it. Our bed was very hard and the shower leaked into the main bedroom,

Bad location and roaches

The neighborhood is really not good and we had cockroaches in our room. We were transferred to a smaller room for one night but still had bugs in the room when we returned. The breakfast is below average for Hanoi hotels.

Hotel in der Nähe des Literaturtempels

Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt und NICHT wie alle anderen Hotels im Old Quater. Dementsprechend ist es sehr viel ruhiger. Das Zimmer war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war für vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr vielseitig und lecker.

旧市街地からは少し離れてます

翌日からハロン湾1泊2日のツアーに出るために寝るだけと思って、写真を見て選びました。ホテルの建物自体はそれなりに古く、部屋もそれなりです。ただ朝食は美味しかった！あと事前にホテルにメールでタクシーを時間と行き先を指定して手配していたので、タクシーの運転手に行き先を伝えなくても、ちゃんと目的地で降ろしてくれました。少人数ですが、ホテルのスタッフは親切で信用できます。

Good Hotel,friendly staff.

Hotel was a bit overpriced in my opinion considering it's location for tourism,it was though in an ideal location for us as we were working relatively close by.we were there in total 30 nights but had to switch hotels for one night due to a water pressure problem,upon our return we were put in different rooms.only certain members of staff speak English so that was a problem sometimes. Hotel is pretty clean but when you look closer you can see it's in need of a seep clean and a bit of TLC. Breakfast ok and lots of choice and even have bacon (sort of!!) Overall not a bad hotel for a week or even two i suppose when you consider that you are in Vietnam! Would stay here again.

Near for many place

From down town or from lotte everywhere easy to go . By taxi in 10～15min From hotel they have football stadion 1min from hotel So when people come to see football this hotel is very good.

Check in à 22h30. L'agent de sécurité chargé de monter les bagages était saoul. Arrivée dans une chambre beaucoup plus petite que celle réservée, impossible de circuler autour du lit avec nos bagages. Après réclamation, nous avons été surclassés en chambre VIP, cependant ce fut le couchage le plus bruyant de tous nos séjours en Asie, avec un sommier en bois craquant des le moindre mouvement. Petit déjeuner correct, sans plus. Hôtel un peu plus au calme car n'est pas en hyper centre mais tout est faisable à pied ou en taxi.

清潔感があります。朝食はビュッフェで料理の種類が非常に多くて、大満足です。スタッフも礼儀正しくて、丁寧に対応してくれています。また機会があれば、利用したいです。

良く使っているホテル

朝食付にしては安価、スタッフのサービスは良い。エレベータが1基のみで遅いので、高いフロアの場合、要注意。部屋によって違うようだが、バスルームの造りにシャワーとトイレ他の間にカーテンなどが無い部屋があるようで少し不便。トイレに紙を流せないのも不便。

コストパフォーマンスは良くない

スタッフはフレンドリーで対応が良いです。良くない点は（私の部屋に限ったことかもしれませんが）、・シャワーが使いにくい。シャワールームが区切られておらず防水カーテンもない。湯船に立ってシャワーを浴びるようになっているが、湯船が非常に高いところに設置されていて、2段の階段を上り下りしなければならないため、シャワー後は滑って危険。・エアコン（今回は暖房）の効きが悪い。・排水溝からにおいが上がってきている。そのほかは問題ないですが、ハノイは安くて快適なホテルがたくさんあるので、それらを考えると総合評価は5段階で２～３程度です。

文廟に近い！

夜遅くにチェックインしたが、対応が丁寧で感じはよかった。ウェルカムフルーツは嬉しい、アメニティも充実している。文廟に近く徒歩１０分位で行けるので西部の観光には便利である。朝食の内容が物足りない感があるがレストランスタッフはフレンドリーである。箱型の階段つきのバスタブには驚いた。蛇口に手が届かず湯を止めるのが大変だったが、お湯の出はよかった。
