The HM Hanoi boutique hotel is in a perfect central location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the water puppet theatre The reception staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean but are very worn and could do with updating. Otherwise they were comfortable. We had breakfast included in our booking but after seeing what was on offer we decided against eating there Despite all of the above I would recommend this hotel for location, value for money and the staff :)

The staff at the Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel were wonderful. We were greeted with a refreshing glass of tea upon our arrival. Even though we arrived to early to check in, they took the time to answer our questions and even book a tour which was terrific. Great hotel, great value for your money.

We stayed here for four nights. Staff are super friendly and be very helpful. Lily the receptionist helped us arrange tour packages just a day before the tour started. The other young lady (Can’t remember her name) walked us to the tour bus at night making sure that we don’t ge lost in Hanoi busy streets. Can’t say more all the positive vibes about HM Boutique hotel. Will absolutely go back for our next trip to Hanoi. Thank you so much for having us in Hanoi!

Reasonable hotel in a convenient location close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The place is a little cluttered. For example there is a large fridge or freezer blocking the staircase. The rooms look great in the pictures however they were a little run down when we stayed.

Thank you for taking care of me from the midnight pick-up on August 12th to the night pick-up on the 16th. The room was double 1 and single 1 for two people. Breakfast is delicious. Just an ‘OK’ hotel

Hotel wa just “ok”. Not filthy but the shower didn’t drain well and it didn’t look clean. Some of the front desk staff weren’t the friendliest. Overall, nothing positive or negative really stood out about this place. There are cheaper and better places to stay in the same area. I would opt for them before this place.
