Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Hotel staff went through my personal belongings and discarded some items while housekeeping. Meanwhile, actual trash scattered across the room and bathroom (including hygiene wrappers, empty cigarette boxes, and takeout beverage cups that were there for days) was left completely untouched until our checkout.When I discovered the missing items while packing and confronted management, the response was entirely unprofessional. The staff offered conflicting excuses, claimed we consented to the disposal by requesting room cleaning, blamed staff incompetence, and openly doubted my claim. Even after I provided timestamped photographic proof of the discarded items and the uncollected garbage, the staff member laughed and dismissed the issue because “no valuable items” were taken.This is a serious breach of privacy. Hotel staff should never rummage through a guest's personal bags or decide which items outside of a trash bin constitute garbage. The lack of accountability, defensive excuses, and dismissive attitude from management raise significant concerns about the security of valuables at this property. I cannot recommend this hotel due to its substandard housekeeping and highly unprofessional guest relations.
