Great location! Situated in the back of a street so you can have a restful night, but still be close to all the attractions within walking distance. Staff are friendly. Free breakfast was a plus and good food. Hotel is a little dated but well-kept. Would stay here again

Nice hotel situated in old quarter

The location was very convenient with lots of places to visit, eat and shop.The staff were fantastic and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed was huge and pillow smelled nice.

Lovely stay in prime location to everything

During our week’s stay, the concierge and reception provided wonderful tour services as well as recommendations on where to explore and eat. What we especially loved is how central and walkable to everything this hotel was. We felt completely safe and at ease. Breakfast was affordable and delicious. The staff was friendly, humble, and considerate, it felt like a nice family-run establishment.

Wonderful hotel with the beautiful front desk team

We spent 6 nights at the Imperial Hotel & Spa, and it was such a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, just a block away from Hoan Kiem Lake and walkable to so many attractions, restaurants, shops, and really great coffee shops. The staff was so excellent! We were always greeted with a smile and they always made sure we had everything that we needed. We got some great massages, the breakfast staff always remembered us and how we like to order our pho, and the front door staff rarely let us open the door. They do such a great job of making guests feel so personally cared for.

Good location, large rooms. Very nice staff. Giving 3 stars just because manager wouldn’t allow a refund for one night we didn’t make it due to visa issues. All the details they sent in a welcome email, wish they would’ve mentioned they can assist with visa entry and/or to get one.

I cannot express how much Grace at reception and Anna helped me and my daughter with this trip. This was my daughter’s first trip internationally and my first time to Vietnam. It was made extra special by their attentiveness. Grace helped us book flights to travel more inside the country and see more sights, helped us find good local traditional restaurants, and made our stay absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenient location. Very walkable to lots of great attractions and food, the spa was wonderful and massages were great too. Even nicer than the pictures and the breakfast was tasty as well. Book this for your stay you will not be disappointed 😊

First class reception staff

The service of the reception staff was first class. They spoke good English and were very helpful. The location of the hotel was also good- within walking distance to most places in the Old Town. What I did not like was the design on the bathroom. The glass divider on the bath tub was not long enough to stop water from splashing onto the floor of the bathroom. And housekeeping should wash the shampoo bottles. It was not pleasant to have to touch a slimy and soapy shampoo/conditioner/bath gel!

スタッフの対応は非常に良い。 朝食メニューは豊富でおいしかった。 シャワールームは洗面台側壁、下に穴があり、そこから洗面台に漏れたが 排水が良かった為水浸しにはならなかった。タオルは雑巾のよう。 外出して夜に帰ってきたら、ベッド上に羽蟻が大量に這っていた。この値段なので仕方がないのかも。
