We are a family of three, two adults and a toddler. The room we stayed in did not have a window and was a bit small, but it worked perfectly for us since we spent most of our time out exploring. In a busy city like Hanoi, the reduced street noise was actually a big advantage and allowed us to sleep very well at night. The hotel is very clean and in an excellent location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. One minor downside is that the neighbouring building is under renovation, so there is some noise during the day, but none at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff, including housekeeping and the cook, were all incredibly friendly. The free breakfast had a simple menu but was exceptional as our toddler loved it, and so did we!

The staff are were all very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to shopping areas and attraction within old quarter. Highly recommended.

Lovely stay

Great place near main attractions but not in busy street...room compact but bijou and had everything i needed even free toothpaste/brush. Breakfast was yummy omeletes, any other type of egg with bacon etc and lovely banana pancakes and fresh fruut plus toast...little slow to replace items that run out but sorted quickly when told

Great place

Great hotel, fantastic staff. Small but nice room, good breakfast but the most important assets is the staff, just amazing! From the bell boy to the reception girls, they are so nice and helpful.

The hotel and room were clean and neat. Room is smaller than average, but you have enough room to be comfortable The staff was very friendly and I need to mention Mr Tiep who showed commitment to make our stay as good as possible. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Nice hotel with great location

We had a pleasant short stay. Great location near everything on a street with less traffic noise. The breakfast was fine. The rooms are small. The hotel reception was super service-minded and helpful.

The manager, Tiep Le provided above and beyond service. He was kind, professional and offered great options for us as far as tours, spas, and other recommendations. The location was very convenient and their breakfast was amazing! I’d highly recommend this hotel for your vacation. It did not disappoint and we’d stay again but really we’d stay at any hotel managed by Mr. Le - he was extraordinarily helpful. All staff were friendly and helpful.

It's a small boutique hotel with no luxuries but it's adequately clean and cosy. The bathrooms are a squeeze but sufficient for a quick shower. I do wish the overall maintenance of the tiles and flooring were better but for the budget price per room I'm willing to overlook the wear and tear.

Location and ultimate access

Fantastic location, just about everything in old quarter in walking distance,. Freshly cooked breakfast each day the only way to start a day. All staff great help when needed, especially Mr Tiep Hotel Manager , who helped with everything from ATM and restaurant recommendations to taxi bookings. Room a touch small but we picked it so can't complain. Would definitely stay here again

The room was very disappointing as it has two windows, but both of which are interior or blocked. We felt that it was false advertisement. However, the staff was very kind and understanding- excellent service. The room was comfortable, enough for the price paid- the bedding did show some wear. Breakfast was great.

Beds comfortable, quiet location, nicely decorated. Transport from airport was on time. Breakfast not at all like the pictures, it is not a beautiful buffet breakfast as advertised, it is a limited choice "a la carte", disappointing. Also no "welcome drink". Good coffee but lukewarm at best. Need to update the pictures.

Hotel manager was so helpful. Reached out before our arrival to let us know he could help with arranging airport transport, tours, etc. We also forgot our expensive rain jackets on a tour bus coming back from Lan Ha Bay. We didn’t realize until the next day, when we were checking out. The hotel manager called the tour company, got them to bring our jackets back and then he mailed them to our hotel in Nha Trang. I thought they were gone forever….very thankful for this above and beyond service. Also, their Pho for breakfast was up there with the best Pho we had in Vietnam.
