The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to walk around and explore the city. It’s also just a short Grab ride to most of the main attractions — very convenient. The property itself shows a bit of age, and breakfast is served at a nearby location. The food was okay. Our room was comfortable and clean, though a little dated. Overall, a simple and convenient place to stay.

This is an older hotel, but very clean and in a great location . I was very impressed with the polite and very knowledgeable front desk staff who gave helpful recommendations and suggestions. It was a bit of a pain to have to walk across the street to the sister hotel for breakfast, although breakfast was good. Was surprised there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. If you want a friendly, basic hotel, this is the place for you.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean but has a slight smell not to my liking but overall this is great place to stay in the old quarter. You can walk to a lot of places including train street. Visit the nail salon at the end of The street and try her Salt coffee when you get your nails done it’s sooo good.

Our stay at the Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel was wonderful! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The service was excellent — Angela, the receptionist was so kind and helpful. She arranged our airport transfers, assisted us with our luggage, and gave us great suggestions for things to do. The hotel is located right in the Old Quarter, very central and within walking distance of major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. It’s also in a convenient area where most tour companies can easily pick you up. If I ever return to Hanoi, I would definitely stay here again. We truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

I stayed here for 5 nights. Although conveniently located in the old quarter, the room was very dated and could do with a good spring clean. Breakfast not located on site and only average. Staff were very helpful though
