We were so happy to stay at this Hotel. The location was right smack at the center of town. Near almost everything and walkable to many attractions. We truly appreciated the customer service of this place. The people that work there are just absolutely wonderful. They are so kind and accommodating.

I wanted to explore outside Hanoi, and Andrew quickly helped me book a day trip to Ninh Binh. He explained all the options clearly and gave honest advice on which was best. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off. Having someone so knowledgeable and trustworthy to help with tours made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I couldn’t have planned it better on my own.

I treated myself to a massage at the hotel’s spa and it was pure bliss. The space was peaceful, clean, and beautifully decorated. The therapist was professional and tailored the treatment to my needs. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day exploring Hanoi. I highly recommend taking advantage of the spa service during your stay!

During my business trip, I found Hanoian Central to be a perfect retreat. It's right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed comfortable, and the staff extremely professional. After a long day of work, it was a pleasure to return to such a calm, clean space. I’ll definitely return for my next trip to Hanoi. Excellent choice for business travelers!

What impressed me most at Hanoian Central was the warm, personal service. The staff made me feel like a valued guest every moment. My room was neat, cozy, and had everything I needed. We had a lovely stay here the staff were amazing. The location is perfect as you can walk around the city and things are close by. After a long flight and busy travel days, I booked an Aroma Therapy session at the hotel's spa and it was heavenly. The staff were professional, gentle and created a peaceful atmosphere that let me unwind. The wonderful staff were the final touch that made our hotel experience feel truly luxurious!

We loved how central the hotel is just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the old quarter and lots of delicious street food. Even though it's in the middle of everything, our room was quiet and peaceful. Our room wasn't very big but it was spotless, well-designed and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the hot shower worked perfectly. For the price and the location, it was more than worth it. We'd definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. We had to check out at 5 AM for a tour to Ninh Binh. Even at that hour, the receptionist Henry was cheerful and handed us packed breakfasts. Such care and consistency in service impressed us so much.

Hanoi is lively and vibrant, but stepping into Hanoian Central felt like steeping into a peaceful retreat. After long walks and traffic noise, returning to the hotel's calm atmosphere, scented spa corridor and gentle staff was such a comfort. The welcome drink, cold towels, and soft lighting set the tone. We were welcomed warmly, friendly conversation with staff. They remembered my name, chatted with me over breakfast and offered helpful tips for local shopping. We stayed here before heading to Halong Bay and the hotel went above and beyond to support our journey. They offered us a complimentary takeaway lunch for the road and even surprised us with a short shoulder massage after check out. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel special. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with freshly made noodle dishes and lot of variety. It's the little things that turn a good stay into a great one

This is a hotel where I only had good experiences. After 10 hours on a train from Sapa, we were exhausted. We booked a massage and honestly, it melted the stress away. The spa is small but beautifully done, with calming music and herbal tea at the end. We left feeling lighter, calmer, and fully recharged. If you’ve been traveling hard, this spa is a must.

What stood out to me about this hotel was the location: there are so many amazing food options within walking distance. From bun cha to egg coffee to sticky rice and grilled fish, it’s all just a few blocks away. I walked to Train Street twice during my stay, and also visited the night market which is super lively on weekends. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a printed map with all the must-try local dishes marked. It made my solo trip so much more enjoyable.

from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were treated like old friends. The front desk welcomed us with cakes and tea, and helped us plan our short stay in Hanoi without being pushy. They marked out hidden cafes and local spots on a paper map, which we actually used the whole trip. It was our first time in Vietnam, and thanks to them, we felt comfortable right away. This was my first time in Hanoi and I was a bit nervous about navigating the busy Old Quarter. Luckily, this hotel made everything easier. It’s in a prime location but not too chaotic, perfect for easing into the Hanoi vibe. The staff spoke excellent English and helped arrange a SIM card, currency exchange, and even booked me a seat on a Halong Bay day cruise. Everything felt very safe and manageable, even as a solo female traveler. I’d absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with tea and local sweets. Every team member, from bellboys to receptionists was polite, helpful, and always smiling. We tried the hotel’s in-house spa and were blown away. Great hotel

Really superb place to stay in the beat of the old city. The staff were stupendous and facilities were excellent and clean.Great quality of breakfast, some of the best black coffee I've ever had in the morning. The hotel was well situated and nicely appointed, but the real treat was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They take care of us from the moment we check in, asking about our plans and recommended tour information, city sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi

Perfect vacation with great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, solid massages at Vita Spa and night drinks at the bar. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'd like to personally thank Mr. Toan who showed us to our room and helped us with great dinner recommendations in the area. He also ensured we had a take away breakfast to have at the airport which no other hotels we stayed before did. Thank you Toan and the rest of the amazing staff for making our trip extra special

The Vietnamese coffee at breakfast here is so strong and good. It became part of my daily ritual. But more than that, I loved the people. One morning I spilled my cup and felt embarrassed, but a kind staff member quickly cleaned it up and brought me a fresh cup with a smile. No judgment, just kindness. Small moments like that make this hotel unforgettable
