Very attentive and friendly staff. Well appointed hotel with nice design. Rooftop bar provides a good viewing point. Just a ten minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.

Staff very eager to please. Restaurant food excellent. However, both restaurant and rooftop bar only take cash. Rooftop bar will not let you charge back to the room. Because of the location, it is extremely noisy. Room clean and comfortable.

Was a lovely stay. Staff were very attentive, and helped with everything we needed. After checkout they had a free service to hold our bags until our bus time which gave us time to explore without our bags and a shower service before we left to freshen up before leaving. Wonderful stay at the hotel. In the heart of the old quarter with vibrant street life and a very attentive and serviceminded staff that extended above and beyond what you normally would expect! Amazing service

The service that I received at JM Marvel was superb. So very welcoming from the start and they couldn’t have been more helpful and thoughtful with helping me with my trip to Ha Long Bay. My room (702) was amazing with a 4 poster bed and balcony overlooking the city. The roof top bar was also a lovely retreat and a good place to rendezvous with friends.
