Most amazing stay at a JW Marriott hotel. As always true 5 star service, attentive staff, delightful generously sized rooms and the most comfortable beds. Breakfast selection as always wide and full of international cuisine. Spa was good quality and very well priced. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The stay here was unlike anything we have ever experienced in any other JW Marriott properties. The staff is warm, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dining was exquisite. Buffett and Japanese cusine were memorable. Spa services including sauna, jacuzzi, steam rooms were comprehensive and tranquil. Location was a 30 minutes drive away from most Hanoi attractions. Live music and jazz club on site. Overall, it will be a worthwhile destination when in Vietnam for any traveler.

Absolutely the best!

Family vacation. We stayed for 4 days. Absolutely the most wonderful experience ever. Best service, friendly, helpful staff. Linen was very nice, wonderful pool and spa. Breakfast was great with many choice of cuisine (Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, along with the continental). We had access to executive lounge which added to the delightful stay. Will defenitely stay here again when we go to Hanoi. It is about 30 minutes from the old town (most tourist attractions), but we had no problem with it.
