The hospitality of all the staff, especially Ms. Ngan Phan, was wonderful. She told us the recommended spots and restaurants for our stay in Hanoi, and helped us stay comfortably at the hotel. The last day of the flight was midnight, but it was very helpful that they kept our luggages after checking out and let us use the shower before the flight. It is a recommended hotel. I will definitely use it when I visit again.

Great hotel. It’s beautiful, and the room was big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly. They let me store my luggage and extend my check-out by an hour. They also offered a free shower after walking around the city before leaving for the airport, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is very central, in the heart of the old quarters.
