The hotel is in the middle of everything and completely walkable to all of old quarter. Breakfast was great every morning and we had dinner at the hotel once and it was wonderful. The bar at the top had great views, drinks, & snacks, but we chose to walk around and have drinks in town, much cheaper. Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable. We did book late and the only option left was the windowless rooms so we didn’t have a view in an already dark room. I think a windowless room is doable for 1 or 2 nights, but we were there 4 nights and I was wanting some fresh air and sunlight. Otherwise, everything was great!

This hotel is in the perfect location in Hanoi to explore delicious food and great shopping. The rooms are delightful and the breakfast is so delicious! The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They will go out of their way to make your stay confortable. A special thanks to mIss Ngan Phan who gave us amazing reccommendations on what to see and where to eat. We had a wonderful time and we will dedinitely stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect 10/10. Exceptional stay in the old quarter of Hanoi. Can’t wait to return. Rooms clean spacious and well appointed. Hotel amenities are excellent. From the spa on the ground floor to the Cloud Nine restaurant and lighthouse sky bar. Phu assisted us at check in and throughout our stay. We dinner reservations, recommendations.
