short period of stay is acceptable

The hotel is located in old town of Hanoi and closed to night market. There are plenty of street vendors and restaurants close by. Convenient for food but bad for quite evening. The hotel manager is considerate to find solutions for our issues. Anyway, in general, the hotel is good for a short period of stay.

MaMayを楽しめる

部屋は日本のビジネスホテルと変わりない感じの広さです。 スーツケースを広げると少し狭いかなと思いましたが、全然気になりませんでした。 ベッドがでかいので快適です。 清潔感もありました。 友人の部屋は何故かグレードアップしていました。 羨ましいです。 広くて使いやすそうです。 写真は友人の部屋です。 写真からビジネスホテル並みに狭くすると私の部屋になります。 シャワー室も清潔です。 レインシャワーが割れていて、嫌な予感がしたのですが、案の定僕にはほとんど水をかけてくれませんでした。 普通のシャワーで事足りるので、私は気になりませんでした。 日本のビジネスホテルにもよくありますが、換気の窓が完全に閉まりません。 私は嵐に当たってしまったのですが、ドアにも換気の穴があり、嵐の風を感じられました。 それは気にならなかったのですが 夜、シャワー室の電気を付けっぱにすると虫がやってきます。 すぐ消してすぐドアを閉めたら、いなくなっていました。 ケトルを利用したら、部屋にすごい臭いが広がりました。だいぶ歴史を感じるケトルだったのでそれが原因かもしれません。 冷蔵庫の2リットルペットボトルを利用しました。 スタッフさんはみんな良い印象を受けました 観光について学んでいる学生さんがスタッフだったので、熱意を感じられました。 こちらも学生ということもあってか、親しげに、観光について色々教えてくれました。 ホテルは旧市街のMaMay streetにあります。 観光地のど真ん中ですので、回りには沢山お店がありました。 1分歩けばサンクスもあるので、私は便利に感じました。 メインの通りであるnight market streetもすぐそこです。 ドンスアン市場も近いです。 ただ旧市街なので近代的なビルやスーパーはホアンキエム湖の方まで行かないとありません。 ホアンキエム湖も、5分もしないで行けるので、ご飯がてら行ってもいいかもしれません。 オペラやメトロポールホテルはホアンキエム湖の反対にあって、歩いて行ったのですがそんな遠く感じませんでした。 ホテルでマッサージを予約できるのでオススメです。 値段も日本に比べると激安で受けられます。 私は3回も行ってしまいました。 私はラスイートホテルが旧市街にあるということで満足しました 立地、広さ、値段を考慮すると想像以上にハノイには沢山選択肢がありますので、よく考えて選択することをオススメします。

가격대비 나쁘지 않은 곳

방은 크지 않지만 두 명이 사용하기 좋았고 직워들도 친절하며 조식은 선택 범위가 많지 않지만 한 명의 직원이 계란 요리를 해줍니다. 주로 써니사이드업을 먹었고 그 외에 에그스크램블이나 오믈렛도 해줍니다. 방은 청결했으며 개미나 벌레도 없었지만 에어컨이 좀 노후화 된듯 합니다. 방에 창이 있어 날씨를 알기 좋았습니다. 밖의 야경을 즐기기는 부족합니다. 주변애 맥주거리가 가까웠고 콩카페가 바로 옆에 있어 코코넛 스무디 커피를 자주 먹을 수 있었습니다. 하노이에 머물다 호치민에 가서인지 호치민 호텔과 비교되어 좋은 호텔의 이미지가 생겼습니다, 다시 하노이에 가게 된다면 다시 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶습니다.

Friendly stuff and good breakfast

Condition of the hotel is far from many 3 stars Shower holder was broken and also the hose was leaking. The shower will not drain. Carpet on the hallway was dirty and stained. Good location.

Don't walk in is very expensive price. Book your online will be cheaper and using your current. First day told them to fix wall bulb, they promised next morning but no act which was very dark can not paper work. the shower look very nice on picture but alot not function-able need to repair maintenance cleaning the rubber and holder for shower. The breakfast is simple. When I came back feel no good they serviced me a cool grasslemon drink to claim down, that is great due to the weather was very hot and the air very dirty.

Affordable hotel in Old Ha Noi

Cost was 30 USD/day, breakfast was not vegan-friendly, but there was always fruit and coffee. Room was very small and especially cramped between the bed and the wall. Water in the shower was warm but no hot water. The staff were very friendly Location is fantastic, can't be beat, right in the center of Old Ha Noi It's about what I expected and I'm glad to have gone here instead of spending twice as much at a nearby hotel

가깝기만한호텔

위치가 여행자거리 쪽이라 매우 시끄러울뿐더러 방음전혀안됨 옆방이랑.. 그리고 조식 먹다가 유리 조각나오고.. 신카페투어예약한대니깐 자기네가 더 나은걸로 해준다고 했으나 똑같았고 비용만 더 비싸게 지불했음.. 진심 별롭니다. 조용히 자고싶으면 여기 멀리하세요

Amazing service - Highly recommended

I recently spent 4 nights at La Suite hotel and was stunned by the level of service I received. The staff went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed each day and wasn't ripped off by taxi drivers. When I got to the airport and realised I had left something in my room they sent the bell boy straight out on a motorbike to ensure it was returned. Every member of staff was always smiling and always greeted me by name. The breakfast was another a highlight. A great mix of Vietnamese and western cuisine with loads of fresh fruit. The omelettes were some of the best I've ever had. Location is perfect being right in the middle of one of the busy old quarter streets but not next door to any noisy backpacker bars. I would definitely recommend this great value for money hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi.

日本語の話せるレセプションの女性の対応が付かず離れずの日本的で居心地が良かった。旧市街の案内も分かりやすい地図をもらって助かったし、必要ならタクシーやツアー予約しようかという控えめな感じが好印象でした。

ホスピタリティーが素晴らしいです

マーマイ通りにある小さなホテルですが、快適でした。 日本語を話せるスタッフがいてチェックインもスムーズ。 ホテルの設備は古めですが、2、3泊ならコストパフォーマンスかなりよいです 朝食もオムレツとフォーが美味しかった。 朝食時にゲスト一人ひとりの名前を覚えて、声をかけてくれる素晴らしいスタッフがいました。 チェックアウトの際は、三人でお見送りしてもらって、快適な旅が出来ました。

Good hotel with great location

I enjoyed my stay at this cosy hotel where the staff are really helpful and friendly! They won't hesitate to help you in your queries whenever you enquire.. They recommend us the day trips are superb, they even ensure you are send to your destination to and fro from the hotel.. I believe it's something that not many hotels will do such things! The room was clean, spacious, plus they are in the midst of upgrading to serve their guests better.. The staff even make an effort to remember your name, come and ask about your trips, etc. They even extend their service to recommend places of interests which are appealing to you and planned the route to go to ensure it's a smooth flow.. They even give us info of which type of taxi do we hire, in the case if we felt we have been cheated, they told us to take a photo of the cab, the driver's ID, so that they will help us get back the difference that we were being overcharged! I will highly recommend my friends to stay there and get their day trips, if I ever visit hanoi again, I will choose this hotel again.

Zentrales Hotel-gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Hanoi in belebtem und sicherem Umfeld. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ( wir wurden sogar mit einer geburtstagstorte überrascht ;-). Bei unseren Ausflügen nach Halong und Sapa konnten wir überflüssiges Gepäck im Hotel lassen obwohl wir bereit ausgeheckt hatten. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

Nice hotel bit needs better wifi

The hotel overall is good. During my stay it was under construction so that was a slight issue. The wifi in rooms comes and goes. And there is no business center. Excellent location and great huge breakfast through !!

Das hotel gehoert zu den wenigen hotels, die mitten in der old town liegen und trotzdem neu, sauber und gepflegt sind, und das trotzdem nicht teurer ist. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefuehlt. Schoene, komfortable Zimmer, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites personal,umfangreiches fruehstuecksbueffet. Das hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.
