We stayed here the bathroom was full of black molds and rust i ask the staff if they could clean it because we are very tired from our early morning flight and didn't get enough sleep they offer us a different room had the same issues molds on the tiles and lots of water stains and brown rust on the shower. Since it was midnight like 2am we decided to stay and get to sleep to our original room because we have a tour in the morning. I notice the lamp has molds as well The location is perfect but the cleanliness is very bad and poor i hope they do better..

A safe hotel in old city center

BE AWARE: NO GYM as said in the hotel details. Breakfast buffet closes at 9am (!). Others are quite OK and worth the money spent.

名前に恥じない、まさにレイクサイドにあります。レイクビューの部屋を利用しましたが、眺望も問題ナシです。湖の夜景も堪能できます。ハノイの観光の中心にあるホテルなので、立地条件画も最高で散策するにも便利。従業員の方も親切ですよ。 でも、設備等々はハノイによくあるブティックホテルの設備。あまり期待しない方がいいかも。

출장길에 들른 호안키엠의 풍경과 베트남의 문화를 즐길수있는 가성비최고의 호텔이었으나 욕실만 조금불편한 점이 아쉽지만 다음에 재방문하고싶은 인상깊은 곳이었습니다! 뷰별로 다소 호불호가 있을듯하니 반드시 전경사진 등 참조하여 이용하시면 좋을듯 하네요!

We had an extremely bad experience we had booked two rooms on turning the bed down baby faeces were present over the sheets.Very upsetting our friend vomited on discovering this hotel changed sheets but no apology or recompense. Hotel.com should remove this hotel from recommended list.

Bra läge. Stora rymliga rum. Ganska så slitna och slarvigt städade. Frukosten var ingen höjdare, sparsamt utbud och 45 min efter öppnandet, när vi var tvungna att gå, var allt fortfarande inte framsatt.
