From the moment we got there, staff ran out to make sure our bags were taken care of. They also gave us information as to where the best places to eat were. The hotel is in best location in Hanoi. If it is not too hot, you can do a lot just by walking! The hotel is very nice and comfortable, clean and the breakfast was also good. Now let us come to the best part of our stay: the staff. As europeans we are sadly not at all used to this kind of service and kindness. The staff was always super friendly and literally asked us EVERY DAY if everything was fine and if there is something they could do to improve our stay! Thank you so much for everything, we had a perfect time.

I was a bit skeptical of the 5 star reviews at first, but when I got to the hotel, I understood them. The whole hotel looks newer and very nice! It’s in a good location too. The staff was the best! Airport pickup was nice and direct, Louis at the front desk even upgraded our room for us for free! He also texted and let us know if we needed anything, he would help where he could. The rooms are very nice. The breakfast buffet at the sky lounge was the cherry on top. They had everything you could want!! Overall, I will definitely be headed back next time I’m in Hanoi!

Very spacious room in the heart of the Old Quarter easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff are so very helpful getting tickets organised for water puppets theatre & enquiring about tickets on our behalf. The front desk staff recommended some fabulous street food venues and restaurants & coffee shops - all of them so good.
