We highly recommend this hotel. A very friendly staff that outdoes itself to make your stay perfect. Great location in the old quarter of Hanoi which is an excellent starting-point to explore the city. Food is excellent and a big choice for breakfast. Perfect location and service

Location was perfect, and the service of all staffs was excellent. Except that swimming pool was tiny and there is no place to have sun bathing, everything was good to stay.

I just completed a three day stay here and I give it the highest recommendation. It has the best location, the best service, and really nice rooms. Once you walk out the lobby of the hotel, you are in the heart of the old quarter with cafes, shops, and restaurants everywhere. It is located in such a vibrant and fun location. I’d like to give special mention to Hope, who was attentive, friendly and considerate. The staff at this hotel are amazing, and easily some of the most professional staff I have ever encountered.
