Good location with restaurants. By the main road and if your room faces the road then it will be noisy else nothin to complain except internet.

This is a great place to be. The service was good and hospitable. The location is great because I can walk to bank, coffee shop or a restaurant. This is a good hotel and when I comeback one day, I will choose this again.

Overall itvwas good and comfort. Staffs was very good in their services granted. Location was ok with many surrounding restaurants.

This hotel is good to stay to me for 2days.
I recommend this hotel.
The position is near to japanese resident site, but also near to Korean, because it takes 5~10 minutes to go to Korean site trung hoa and my dinh.
It takes 10~15 minutes when I go to Hoan kiem, because of traffic jam.
Excellent customer accomodation. Hotel bar supposed to be closed at 10PM. Our large group was there till midnight and the bartender was stll there to serve us.

I am so sorry for this trouble caused to you. I just want you to understand that our receptionist was confused due to the voucher you gave us under booking of Hotels.com while we recieved reservation under Expedia. We already kept booking for you so we did check in as soon as we clarify this issue.
