Staff is fantastic and friendly and most speak English. Room is comfortable and price is reasonable. Free daily breakfast had lots of options including Western and Asian so my husband and I had lots of choices. Great having reasonably priced laundry service that washed and folded clothes within 12 hours of dropping off at front desk. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Thomas and team has made our stay in Hanoi a very pleasant and a memorable one. Thomas has set the excellent example of what good customer service is. He impressed us from day one when we entered the hotel. Every staff you meet is always polite, helpful and friendly. I would like to compliment Anna, she’s really a gem and is always so cheerful, attentive and sees to your needs. I look forward to meet her every morning more than the sumptuous spread of breakfast buffet items. Another staff Jonathan, has really been helpful with my queries on booking of spa and never fail to greet the hotel guests. I will certainly recommend friends to this hotel. Kudos to team and keep up the great service.

Thomas and his entire staff were absolutely incredible. Their hospitality and attentiveness really helped make our stay more enjoyable. The room was very clean and nice, only drawback was the height of the tub/shower as you have to be very careful getting in and out to prevent slipping. The free breakfast each day was very good and the perfect start to our day. We took advantage of the Spa Happy Hour special, which was absolutely worth it. The spa staff was equally as excellent as the hotel staff. We departed to go on a Ha Long Bay cruise and the hotel offered to hold our bigger luggage so that we would not have to take it with us in the car ride or on the boat, which helped a lot. The staff never stopped treating us like guests even though we had already checked out. The location was very convenient. Highly recommend this property.
