Great staff, almost everything good really. The pool was far too chlorinated to use on one of the days, and the bar and restaurant somewhat expensive side, but apart from that it was a great pick.

Great central location in the old quarter makes getting around easy. Comfortable rooms with good beds and English tv channels. The aircon broke in our room on day 2 and they moved us to a lower floor which was a bit noisier from the street. Nice rooftop pool and high standard breakfast.

Beautiful well kept property. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. Beautiful 360 views from the sky bar. We loved our stay at the Rex Hotel , the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate our first trip to Vietnam . This hotel is getting a mixed review. The hotel rooms are nice but the carpets in the rooms and the corridors are atrocious. Dirty and smelly.........They have a nice breakfast spread and the location is perfect for shopping...........
