As a family we enjoyed our stay at the Rex Hanoi. It provided great options for breakfast. Rooms were clean and had what we required. Proximity in Old Quarter was just perfect. Surrounded by everything that was needed for our trip.

The staffs at check-in/out were very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are quite basic, so I doubt there are any guests who would use them.

The junior suite was quite small and hotel is small in general but that looks to be the case for most hotels in the Old Quarter. Similar to European hotels. Location is very central in the Old Quarter. Walkable to some of the attractions near the Lake.

A nice buffet breakfast, and a games room and indoor pool. There is a beautiful view from the bar on the rooftop. And it’s a lovely and quiet place to sit in the mornings if you’re up early. Comfy room and bed. A fantastic shower too.

The location of the hotel is ideal if you want to stay in heart of the City and experience the culture Upon arrival, you receive a welcome drink.
