Nice hotel. Good location and excellent customer service! Very comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet at night given that located in busy area of the Old Quarter. The only downside was that the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Great wee hotel with lovely staff

Spending one night in Hanoi and we’re lucky to find this wee place just up a side street in the old quarter. Check in was easy and efficient with great staff. Room is spotless with a really comfortable bed and good shower.

Rather disappointed in this hotel in the Old Quarter, thank goodness it was just one night. When I see mould in the shower, that pretty much says it for me. It was $48 a night here, which can get you into an immaculate 4-star hotel in DaNang.

The hotel needs serious cleaning and care. The bathroom of our room was beyond dirty, the mattress felt like a plank of wood, it doesn’t look at all like the picture and the breakfast was not good.

Right in the heart of Hanoi old town but just back off the street so nice and quiet. Staff were lovely from start to finish, welcoming us and helping us with getting buses etc booked for our trip! Always good to have helpful staff with good local knowledge!
