Cant fault the location, close to Old Quarter but far enough away from the noise. Also in the building were a coffee shop and a small supermarket. We liked the reception area and the slip lane to the drop off area meaning you could easy get in and out of a Grab/taxi without fighting the traffic. Room was spacious but a little tired especially the carpet which was old/stained. We liked the barrel of drinking water provided, so much better than individual bottles. Do try the restaurant and bar on level 4, excellent service and food We would stay again

The property is very clean, and two-bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious. There’s a large living room and dining area, and a well equipped kitchen. The staff at the sonerset are second to none. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Two bedroom flat suitable to travel with family, good location , walkable to pho around the corner which was good. Service was expected and busy hotel with many visitors. Doormen helps to open car doors and communicate with car grab drivers. Helpful to store luggage before check in available

Excellent, hospitable Hotel from the get-go. When we arrived, late, frazzled from a delayed flight we were met with a host that provided calm and a warm welcome that we really needed. The following day we soaked up Hanoi and Somerset couldn't be better located. Amazing food stalls, world class coffee and historic sites all within walking distance. A big recommend from all our family, Somerset Hotel was a big reason why we fell in love with Hanoi City, we can't wait to come back!

Excellent place to stay with kids out of the hustle of the old quarter. Large pool area, table tennis pool and spacious rooms. Location only a short walk or taxi from prominent spots. Pick up drop off from airport was aldo excellent. Pool and dining staff excellent and always interacted with the kids.

Good location. The rooms are a bit dated but overall good place with plenty of space and great to have a washing machine. The aircon was quite smelly and probably needs cleaning
