The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange trips around Hanoi such as Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at reasonable prices. The hotel location is very convenient, right in the city center. I can't wait to come back here!

Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world. The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful. The location is perfect within the Old Quarter, everything within walking distance but also not in the middle of too much chaos. We highly recommend staying here if you visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Splendid Secret Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The rooms were clean, stylish, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup and amenities. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of local and Western options. What really made the difference was the personalized service. The team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and will definitely come back again!
