The building is not meant for foreigners. It has mold in the bathroom . I saw two rooms and they were the same . It is an old building and the furniture is old. Even the glas on the night stand was broken I had to put a mask on fir the few hours I was there trying to chat with Expedia. I am still feeling like I have dust in my throat and lungs but it could be psychosomatic. Maybe local can sleep there because the have a higher immune system but I would not recommend it for foreigners
